The assessment produces your GROUND™ profile and a personalised programme recommendation — a clear map of where your system needs most support and what combination of approaches will be most effective for you.
Programme
Your programme is one of four pathways within the Medicine Within Wisdom™ methodology: Pain & Movement Restoration, Nervous System Reset, Structural Integration, or Orthopaedic Recovery. Each is a structured, phased process — not a collection of sessions.
Hands-on Care
Sessions draw on a comprehensive toolkit — neuromuscular therapy, fascial work, breathwork, FSM, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, energy medicine, sound therapy, and more — selected according to your individual assessment findings.
Education
Understanding your own body changes your relationship with it. Pain neuroscience education, nervous system literacy, and breathwork principles are woven into every programme — because insight is itself therapeutic.
Home Practice
Every session ends with personalised recommendations — breathing practices, movement, self-regulation exercises, and lifestyle guidance chosen for genuine clinical relevance and realistic integration into daily life.
Review
Progress is reviewed at formal midpoints throughout the programme. The plan adapts as you do — because recovery is rarely linear, and a responsive programme is a more effective one.
