These Terms and Conditions ('Terms') govern your use of the Medicine Within Wisdom™ website (medicinewithinwisdom.com) and the services provided by Medicine Within Wisdom™, operated by Dr. Yeshi Wangmo, 8 Pembroke Road, Ballsbridge, Dublin 4, Ireland.

By using this website or booking any service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or engage our services.

Medicine Within Wisdom™ offers integrative health programmes, workshops, retreats, and related educational services. Full details of each service, including fees and duration, are provided prior to booking.

All services are offered as complementary health support and do not constitute medical, nursing, psychiatric, or psychological treatment. Please refer to our Disclaimer for further information on the scope of services.

Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment or a signed agreement where applicable. Prices are stated in Euro (€) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Medicine Within Wisdom™ reserves the right to amend service fees with reasonable notice. You will be notified of any price change before your booking is processed.

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before a scheduled appointment will be offered a full credit or rescheduling opportunity. Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the session fee.

No-shows without prior notice will be charged in full. These terms comply with your rights under the European Union (Consumer Information, Cancellation and Other Rights) Regulations 2013.

In the event that Medicine Within Wisdom™ must cancel a session, you will be offered a full refund or rescheduled appointment at no additional cost.

You are responsible for disclosing any relevant medical history, health conditions, medications, or contraindications prior to commencing any programme or session. Medicine Within Wisdom™ reserves the right to decline or discontinue services where, in professional judgement, it is not safe or appropriate to proceed.

You attend all sessions at your own risk. Medicine Within Wisdom™ accepts no liability for pre-existing conditions, undisclosed health information, or outcomes arising from failure to follow professional guidance.

All content on this website — including text, images, the Medicine Within Wisdom™ name and logo, the GROUND™ System, and the MWW™ Mandala — is the intellectual property of Medicine Within Wisdom™ and is protected under Irish and international copyright law.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or use any content from this website for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by Irish law, Medicine Within Wisdom™ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or services.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Irish law, including the Consumer Protection Act 2007 and the Sale of Goods and Supply of Services Act 1980.

Medicine Within Wisdom™ reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.
